Erinn specializes in capturing moments and memories on canvas - perhaps a still life that represents a family recipe with special meaning, a love letter to your house or cottage, or a still life of items with special meaning to you.

The most meaningful commissions are collaborative and built from your stories and photographs.  Whether you have a fully formed idea or only a feeling you want to preserve, we can develop a special and customized piece together. ​

How the process works;

Step 1: Initial Conversation

​

Book a call to talk about your idea, reference photos, size, timeline, and the feeling or story you want the artwork to hold.  Feel free to share any materials that are an inspiration to you!

Step 2: Concept Development

​​

Erinn will gather references and develop a loose direction for the painting.  This stage may include composition ideas or photos to discuss further and results in a sketch as inspiration for Erinn's work that will be shared with you for feedback.

Step 3: Painting Process

​​​

Once the concept has been finalized and approved, a 40% deposit secures your commission and work begins.

Step 4: Mid-Point Check-In

​​​

At the mid way point, Erinn will share progress with you, and 1 -2 minor changes (such as colour, placement of small details) may be discussed.

Step 5: Completion & Delivery

​​

Final payment is due upon completion before delivery or shipping arrangements are made.  Please note that Erinn works in oil, which requires extra time for the paint to cure before the piece can be safely shipped (may be available earlier if picking up).
